Donald E. Cummings has handled cases all over the United States, Virgin Islands and several foreign countries. He has vast experience in mediating and arbitrating personal injury claims. With a background as one of the youngest lawyers to become General Counsel for a Fortune 500 company in Houston, Texas, Don Cummings was also a member of the Board of Directors for 300 companies, overseeing legal affairs of all manufacturing companies, and in charge of all litigation, both national and international. He has been General Counsel for several corporations through the years, as well as having received Top Secret clearance for the U.S. Department of Defense.
Mr. Cummings has published Opinions from the Supreme Courts and Appellate Courts, interpreting and expanding Oklahoma law. He has personally handled over 5,000 personal injury cases, has received million dollar (+) settlements and awards in personal injury, insurance bad faith and medical malpractice cases. He has been a featured speaker for Personal Injury Seminars and has taught as a college professor.
